The manager Nancy does a great job along with her husband Frank. The neighbors are friendly and we normally have one Wednesday a month for coffee and donuts to socialize. Our park area, recreation hall, and pool areas are always properly maintained. Our excellent staff makes sure that the fields are clean and safe, and in almost perfect condition for those who will use them next. Our mobile home community in Rancho Cordova is near Sacramento and has access to the U.S. It’s conveniently close to shopping centers, restaurants, and other commercial establishments along Sunrise Blvd.
